Kori Trek – Itinerary & Overview
The Kori Trek is a beautiful off-the-beaten-path trekking route located in the Lamjung district of Nepal. This trail takes you through Ghale and Gurung villages, dense rhododendron forests, high ridges, and offers stunning views of the Annapurna, Manaslu, and Lamjung Himal ranges. The Kori Danda (3,800m) is a panoramic viewpoint that remains largely untouched, making it a perfect destination for peaceful trekkers and nature lovers.

Day 1: Drive from Pokhara to Sikles (1,980m)

5–6 hrs by jeep

Explore traditional Gurung village

Overnight in local lodge or homestay
Day 2: Trek from Sikles to Tasa (2,430m)

5–6 hrs walk through forested trails

Gradual ascent with views of the Annapurna range

Overnight at Tasa (tent or basic teahouse)
Day 3: Tasa to Hugu Goth (3,100m)

5–6 hrs trekking through rhododendron forests and open pastureland

Camp near yak huts

Overnight in tent or basic lodge
Day 4: Hugu Goth to Kori Danda (3,800m)

3–4 hrs ascent

Reach Kori for panoramic views and peaceful surroundings

Camp overnight at Kori (no lodge, tented accommodation)
Day 5: Exploration Day at Kori and Descend to Tasa

Sunrise view, explore ridgeline

Descend back to Tasa for overnight stay
Day 6: Tasa to Sikles

Day 7: Drive back to Pokhara
