  • Overnight stay in Syabrubesi.

Day 2: Trek from Syabrubesi to Gatlang (2,200m) - 5-6 hours

  • Begin the trek by ascending through villages and fields.
  • Pass the Goljung village before reaching the Tamang village of Gatlang.
  • Overnight in Gatlang.

Day 3: Trek from Gatlang to Somdang (3,270m) - 6-7 hours

  • Trek through forests and terraced fields.
  • Explore Parvati Kunda and enjoy the local Tamang culture.
  • Ascend towards Somdang, passing a hydroelectric plant and beautiful alpine landscapes.
  • Overnight at Somdang.

Day 4: Trek from Somdang to Tipling (2,000m) via Pangsang Pass (3,842m) - 7-8 hours

  • Cross the Pangsang Pass, the highest point of the trek, offering stunning panoramic views of Ganesh Himal, Manaslu, and the Langtang range.
  • Descend through forests to the village of Tipling.
  • Overnight at Tipling.

Day 5: Trek from Tipling to Chalish (1,675m) - 5-6 hours

  • Pass through villages like Sertung and Laptung before reaching Chalish, a beautiful Gurung village.
  • Overnight at Chalish.

Day 6: Explore Chalish and Hot Springs at Tatopani (1,500m) - 3-4 hours

Day 7: Trek from Tatopani to Borang (1,500m) - 5-6 hours

Day 8: Trek from Borang to Jharlang (1,700m) - 5-6 hours

Day 9: Trek from Jharlang to Kintang Phedi (1,200m) - 6-7 hours

  • Overnight at Kintang Phedi.

Day 10: Trek from Kintang Phedi to Dhading Besi (700m) - 6-7 hours

  • Continue the trek, gradually descending towards Dhading Besi, the district headquarters of Dhading.
  • The landscape becomes less mountainous as you approach the end of the trek.
  • Overnight at Dhading Besi.

Day 11: Drive from Dhading Besi to Kathmandu - 4-5 hours

  • Take a scenic drive back to Kathmandu, completing the trek.
