Trek Itinerary

Day 1: Drive from Kathmandu to Dhunche, Trek to Chandanbari (Sing Gompa)

  • Drive Duration: 6-7 hours (Kathmandu to Dhunche)
  • Trek Duration: 4-5 hours (Dhunche to Chandanbari)
  • Activities: Start early with a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Dhunche. After arriving in Dhunche, begin your trek to Chandanbari (Sing Gompa), passing through lush forests and small villages.
  • Overnight: Teahouse in Chandanbari.

Day 2: Trek from Chandanbari to Gosaikunda

  • Trek Duration: 5-6 hours
  • Activities: Trek through beautiful landscapes, ascending steadily to reach the sacred lake of Gosaikunda. Enjoy the stunning views of the mountains and the serene environment around the lake.
  • Overnight: Teahouse in Gosaikunda.

Day 3: Explore Gosaikunda, Trek to Dhunche

  • Trek Duration: 6-7 hours
  • Activities: Spend the morning exploring the Gosaikunda area, visiting the sacred lakes and performing rituals if desired. Afterward, trek back to Dhunche, retracing your steps through the picturesque trails.
  • Overnight: Teahouse in Dhunche.

Day 4: Drive from Dhunche to Kathmandu

  • Drive Duration: 6-7 hours
  • Activities: Drive back to Kathmandu, enjoying the scenic journey through the countryside. Arrive in Kathmandu and transfer to your hotel.
  • Overnight: Hotel in Kathmandu (if needed).
